Terms & Conditions

  • After you make your first initial payment, you are required to make monthly payments or your booking may be cancelled. If you find yourself in a difficult financial situation and cannot make a monthly payment. please email Paradise VIP Travel LLC immediately so that your reservation will not be cancelled. It is your responsibility to be sure that your roommate / travel-mate for your travel is also making their monthly payments. Please be sure your schedule permits you to attend this event before submitting initial payment. Paradise VIP Travel LLC has contractual agreements with hotels, airlines and other vendors that may or may not allow us to obtain refunds. It is your responsibility to be sure payments arrive to us on or before the payment date. Additionally, if you are paying late, you must send your request by email and give us the date you will make your late payment. Monthly payments are due the 1st of every month, until paid in full.
  • The Service Fee will appear on your credit card statement as “Paradise VIP Travel”.
  • Paradise VIP Travel LLC offers retail travel services to customers, which are provided by separate and independent vendors of travel services.  Paradise VIP Travel LLC does not operate, control, or otherwise provide the services of the independent travel vendors. Hence, customer agrees that Paradise VIP Travel LLC acts only as agent for the client in acquiring transportation, hotel accommodations, excursions and other privileges, or services for the clients’ benefit, and on the express condition that Paradise VIP Travel LLC shall not be responsible for any loss, accident, injury, delay, defect, omission or irregularity which may occur whether by reason of any act, negligence or default of any company or person engaged in or responsible for carrying out any of the arrangement, or otherwise in connection therewith.
  • Availability and price quotes are applicable to the date and time at which they are requested and cannot be guaranteed until payment is made.
  • Paradise VIP Travel LLC will make every effort to honor the price as originally quoted, however, under certain circumstances additional costs by a supplier or government may be imposed due to an increase in the cost for one or more of the travel components.
  • Flight confirmation (if applicable) is subject to availability and prices are subject to change after the date of initial payment, including price increases in the fee for a seat assignment, fee for baggage, applicable fuel surcharges, or an increase in a government imposed fee or tax.
  • Passport copies are required to confirm international air reservations.
  • Correct legal names that match identification used for travel must be provided by the client to Paradise VIP Travel LLC. Name changes are not permitted on airline tickets. Clients are responsible for providing accurate information on Client Traveler Profile form. Paradise VIP Travel LLC is not responsible for costs incurred by incorrect information provided for travel planning including reservations and airline tickets.
  • Certain suppliers reserve the right to increase prices to cover increased costs, fuel surcharges, tariffs and taxes, and to reflect fluctuations in foreign exchange markets.
  • If for any reason my credit card charges are later declined, reversed, or Paradise VIP Travel LLC is unable to receive payment for the travel plans and services, I acknowledge that this is a binding contract between myself and Paradise VIP Travel LLC shall be entitled to recovery, including reasonable attorneys’ fees in connection with collection.
  • Overnight shipping fees for documents shipped to client from Paradise VIP Travel LLC may be billed to client.
  • We recommend that you apply for your passport or renewal as soon as possible.
  • Hotel room location is also the sole discretion of the hotel. Requests can be made but are not guaranteed. If you decide to check baggage you must pay this fee directly to the airline. The carriers, accommodations and other suppliers providing services are independent contractors and are not agents, employees of Paradise VIP Travel LLC.  Paradise VIP Travel LLC assumes no responsibility and will not be held liable for any personal injury, property damage, or other loss, accident, delay, inconvenience, or irregularity by reason of (1) any wrongful or negligent acts or omissions on the part of its suppliers, (2) any wrongful, negligent, or unauthorized acts or omissions on the part of any employee of these suppliers, (3) any defect in or failure of any vehicle, equipment or instrumentality owned, operated, or used by any of these suppliers, or (4) any wrongful or negligent acts or omissions on the part of any other party not under the control, direct or otherwise, of Paradise VIP Travel LLC, or (5) acts of God.

Client Responsibilities

  • Travel documents, including passports, visas, and health/vaccination certificates required are your responsibility. Valid passports are absolutely required for all international destinations and the expiration date should be at least 6 months following the return date of your trip. Some countries require that your passport have two to four blank visa/stamp pages. Some airlines will not allow you to board if this requirement is not met. See this State.gov link for passport support. When travelling domestically or internationally, the U.S. Transportation Security Administration (TSA) and U.S. Department of Homeland Security (DHS) advise that everyone carry at least two forms of acceptable identification in order to board a flight. (See this link.)Examples: DHS designated enhanced driver’s license, USA Passport, a foreign government passport. The name, date of birth and gender that appears on the identification card must exactly match the same such data that is listed on airline ticket(s) and booking records.
Additionally, a visa and vaccinations may be required. Please note that even when a visa is issued, a traveler may be denied entry since each country’s local immigration officials make the final entry decision. Several factors including past criminal record may contribute to the decision of the local immigration official(s). Should a visa not be issued, Paradise VIP Travel LLC is not responsible for lost payments made toward the contemplated trip.
  • Visit the USA State Department Web site www.travel.state.gov on a regular basis for information regarding incidence of disease, terrorism, safety issues, crime, the need for travel documentation (such as passports, visas, proof of health/vaccination certificates), health hazards, and other restrictions regarding travel to your domestic and/or international destination(s), and re-entry into the United States. Required or advised inoculations you decide to obtain upon the advice of your personal physician may need to be administered in a series of doses months ahead of your planned departure and such time element should be taken into account by you when making deposits and/or nonrefundable final payments. Visit the websites of the USA Centers for Disease Controland the International Society of Travel Medicine.

COVID-19 WAIVER

Coronavirus COVID-19 Release, Assumption of Risk, Waiver of Liability & Indemnity Agreement

The 2019 Novel Coronavirus* (COVID-19, “Coronavirus”) is a known and rapidly evolving pandemic that is affecting travel worldwide, with continued spread and impacts expected.

Client is fully aware of the current global Coronavirus COVID-19 virus outbreak, the current travel restrictions, and inherent risks involved if choosing to travel.

Client understands that it is his/her responsibility to check the latest travel information regarding this virus outbreak with the CDC. https://wwwnc.cdc.gov/travel/notices

Client understands that it is his/her responsibility to have travel insurance to ensure they have coverage for all medical needs and trip cancellation but understands that concerns or fear of travel is not a covered reason for cancellation relating to the Coronavirus/ COVID-19 and will be denied. Client holds <AGENCY> harmless for his election to not purchase travel insurance or any denial of claim by travel insurer as it relates to COVID-19 or any other claim under the policy.

Travel insurance generally only covers unforeseen events. Most insurers classified COVID-19 as a ‘known event’ late January 2020. Please note that most policies have a specific clause stating they do not cover epidemics and pandemics, especially when travel warnings are in place. Client understands that he/she is bound by the terms of the insurance policy as it relates to Coronavirus/COVID-19.

Client is aware the travel warnings, travel restrictions and rules and understands the risks, is accepting of these and knows that Client holds Paradise VIP Travel LLC harmless for any travel restrictions, death, illness, cancellations by suppliers, hotels, airlines, cruise lines, tour agencies or any other travel provider, financial loss, quarantining rules or measures put in place at airports or destinations you are traveling through. Client further agrees to hold Paradise VIP Travel LLC harmless for any financial penalties or fees imposed by the by suppliers, hotels, airlines, cruise lines, tour agencies or any other travel provider due to cancellations or postponements due to COVID-19 and agrees not to institute a credit card dispute or “charge back” to Paradise VIP Travel LLC for said penalties or fees.

Client is aware that additional screening procedures and restrictions may take place at airports and in public areas. Client is aware that these restrictions may include mandatory face coverings and/or temperature checks in airports, hotels, cruise ships, trains or other means of transport.

Client is aware that Immigration restrictions may be put in place before or during your travels that may impede your ability to enter or exit your destination as planned.

Client is aware that it is his/her personal decision to travel and is doing so with full knowledge of current travel recommendations and travel restrictions with regards to the Coronavirus COVID-19 and takes full responsibility for his/her actions with regards to this.

ADDITIONAL “MUST READ” TRAVEL INFORMATION

  • Making reservations for this package signifies your acceptance of our Terms and Conditions.
  • When making reservations, please be sure to provide your FULL NAME as it appears on your passport. Your name on your invoice also MUST match your passport.
  • Prices are subject to change without notice until travel is booked, and re-confirmed. Please be sure to complete your reservations today or as soon as possible to receive the best rates.
  • Monthly payments are required to keep your reservations current. Please be sure to review your invoice for the payment schedule. You may want to set monthly reminders for your payments.
  • Traveling outside of the United States requires a passport!  Please confirm that your passport meets this requirement. Passports must be valid for 6 months past the return date. Some countries require a visa for transit or entry. Passengers are responsible to ensure that they have all the proper documents for entry. All names on documents must match the legal name on your photo I.D., and travel document information must match tickets.
  • Refunds will not be provided for expired passports.
  • You have the option of paying in full at any time prior to the final due date. If you need additional payment arrangements, please contact management to discuss as soon as possible.
  • Upon receipt of Final Payment, travel documents, itineraries and travel instructions will be sent within 30 days of travel.
  • Please contact management if you will have roommate(s) so that we can make adjustments to your pricing.
  • Your selected roommate(s) should make their reservations within 30 days of your reservation. If not, your reservation will be adjusted to current occupancy and your price will change on your invoice to reflect the new occupancy change.
  • All late payment requests must be approved by management before the final payment deadline on your invoice.
  • Prices are subject to change at anytime. Be sure to book your reservation today for the lowest rates.
  • Travel Insurance is highly recommended for all travelers. Having travel insurance will protect your investment and give you peace of mind.

Cancellation policy:

All cancellations must be in writing. No exceptions.

All payments  are NON-REFUNDABLE.

All payments to Paradise VIP Travel are non-refundable and non-transferrable. This is because Paradise VIP Travel has contractual agreements with hotels, airlines and other vendors that will not allow us to obtain any refunds. Additionally, this allows Paradise VIP Travel to keep our package prices low and allow you to make monthly payments. The cancellation fee policy will be in effect once your reservation has been submitted. Cancellation fees may also be applied. If your purchase cannot be confirmed for any reason, we will fully refund your purchase without any additional charges. We highly recommend all customers to consider purchasing a Travel Insurance policy.

PHOTOGRAPHY AND VIDEO

1.  By participating in our trips, you agree to these terms.

2. Consent for Media Capture and Use

2.1. Paradise VIP Travel or its representatives may capture Media during trips for purposes including but not limited to promotional material, advertising, and social media content.

2.2. By participating in our trips, you grant Paradise VIP Travel unrestricted rights to use any Media that includes your likeness for promotional purposes without any compensation or claim.

2.3. You agree to allow Paradise VIP Travel to edit, alter, copy, exhibit, publish, or distribute these photos and videos for any lawful purpose.

3. Personal Photography and Video Capture

3.1. Trip participants are welcome to capture personal Media during the trip, provided it is for personal use and not for commercial purposes.

3.2. Respect the privacy and preferences of fellow travelers. Obtain verbal consent before capturing Media that prominently features other participants.

3.3. Be mindful of local customs and laws regarding photography and video capture at various locations during the trip.

4. Respect for Culture and Environment

4.1. When capturing Media, participants are expected to show respect for the local culture, environment, and traditions.

4.2. Avoid photography or recording in sensitive or restricted areas, unless explicitly permitted by local authorities or Paradise VIP Travel staff.

5. Liability and Release

5.1. Paradise VIP Travel is not responsible for personal equipment used by participants to capture Media.

5.2. Participants release Paradise VIP Travel from all claims, demands, and liabilities whatsoever in connection with the Media.

6. Restrictions and Etiquette

6.1. Do not use flash photography in sensitive environments or where it may disrupt wildlife or local residents. 6.2. Participants must not engage in photography or recording activities that put themselves or others at risk.

7. Sharing Media with Paradise VIP Travel

7.1. We encourage participants to share their captured Media with us. Please email your photos and videos to [insert email] for a chance to be featured on our platforms.

7.2. By sharing Media with Paradise VIP Travel, you grant us the right to use it for promotional purposes as outlined in Section 2.

8. Modification of Terms Paradise VIP Travel reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Participants will be notified of any changes before their trip.

9. Acceptance of Terms Your participation in our group trips signifies your acceptance of these Photography and Video Terms and Conditions.
