Kathy Miller

Welcome! I’m a warm and empathetic psychologist committed to guiding individuals through life’s challenges and find a path forward that resonates with their values. I understand that no two people are alike, and I believe in creating a personalised approach that suits your unique circumstances and needs. By working together, we’ll develop strategies that are meaningful and effective for you.

My experience spans across various settings, including Employee Assistance Programs (EAP), the NDIS, short-term interventions, and private practice. Each of these roles has strengthened my commitment to mental health and the importance of a supportive, tailored approach to well-being.

I have a particular passion for supporting those who struggle with self-criticism, life transitions, or simply feel stuck. I also work with clients facing anxiety, mood challenges, work-related stress, relationship difficulties, and grief.

When I’m not at work, I love engaging in creative activities, nurturing my growing indoor plant collection, and enjoying time outdoors.
